INSURANCE CLAIMS SERVICES
Our clients include claims adjusters from many insurance industry leaders. We understand that when we are assigned a new case we represent our client to the policy holder. We realize that the policy holder is also our customer. We work to expedite the claim process by providing expert services in a timely and accurate manner. We usually set reserves during our initial inspection of the claim. Upon inspection a plan of action is established with the client and policy holder. We maintain open lines of communication with the policy holder and their contractors throughout the process and explain our services in terms that they understand. Customer service is our business.
ESTIMATING
Having in house estimating services reduces costs and saves time for our clients. Ranger provides in house estimating services on all our projects utilizing industry accepted estimating programs. Our estimators are contractors that routinely perform the work being estimated. This provides an additional layer of accuracy for both the estimated values and scope of repairs.
